About Garrett Holmes
Garrett joined North Wall in February 2019, initially as a secondee from Sidley Austin, where he advised private equity clients across the industry spectrum. Garrett has a wealth of experience advising clients on a broad range of transactions, including leveraged buy-outs, mergers, joint ventures, divestitures, structured equity investments and management equity plans.
Garrett moved to Sidley in 2016 as part of the private equity team from Kirkland & Ellis where he had been an Associate since 2013. Garrett has a J.D., cum laude from Harvard Law School and is admitted to the State Bar of New York. He also has a B.A. in Linguistics (Dartmouth College) and a M.A. in Philosophy (University College London). At North Wall, Garrett is a long term consultant, based in the USA.
Garrett Holmes is DigitalMarketer’s Director of Content, responsible for increasing DigitalMarketer’s content production and consumption through digital learning products, editorial, video, podcasts and social media. Garrett has honed his content production skills over the last 5 years through work with Shell, ESPN, Diageo, X Games, theCHIVE, and more.
